30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories and labels. Proof of purchase is required. Products that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect are handled under the section below.
How to request a return
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item name and reason for the return.
- For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging where available.
- Wait for our return instructions and confirmed return address before shipping. Do not send a return to the company contact address without authorization.
- Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping service. Keep your proof of shipment.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange the appropriate return shipping at our cost or another suitable resolution. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original standard shipping is free.
Inspection and refunds
We will notify you when the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If a return cannot be accepted, we will explain the reason. Contact us if you have questions about the status of a refund.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability depends on the requested item and configuration. To request cancellation, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun; the return process may apply instead.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. This policy does not limit rights that apply under consumer protection law.
